6. RETURNS Procedure
​When you purchase something directly from ashantaragray.co.uk as part of the buying and/or selling process, you can legally request a refund, return and/or exchange on physical products. For physical products ALL postal orders are sent to you using registered traceable post. You have up to and including 30 days from when YOU physically receive your order (including overseas deliveries out with the UK) to formally request a return and/or refund and/or exchange of a physical product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been physically received by you, there is NO refund or exchange available. To be eligible for a refund and/or return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you originally received it, and include the original packaging as well as proof of purchase. Please be mindful ALL refunds also exclude the cost of postage, including postage of the original item to and from you, and the cost of any subsequent exchange item being posted to you. If additional postage costs are required for posting an exchange item to you, this will require full payment before your exchange item can be posted to you. This also applies to any and/or all physical products sold by third party sellers through ashantaragray.co.uk (if this is the case, it will be clearly labelled as a third party seller!), although returns/ exchanges/ refunds are solely and directly with the responsibility of seller once the initial purchase has been made – their contact details will be provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds are strictly NOT AVAILABLE for any digital products and/or services and/or programs offered on and/or through ashantaragray.co.uk - this applies to downloads, direct access online, and emailed products/ services/ programs. Transferring (exchanging) a digital product/ service/ program however to another person/ product/ service/ program may be possible at the discretion of celticfaeryseer.co.uk and/or the third party seller (if applicable), providing more than 48 hours notice prior to expected email delivery date and/or appointment time is given AND providing the product/ service/ program is not being sold as a discounted sale item. Please note physical products/ goods on a discounted sale are also not available for exchange or refund, with all sale of goods being final.
